Name, email, company (optional), message. Used solely to process your enquiry and stored in our database.
Job applications
During the application process we collect your email address, LinkedIn profile (optional), uploaded CV (PDF), and interview transcript. The interview is evaluated by our AI — this includes analysis of behavioural signals (e.g. typing patterns, response times) and content signals to generate a suitability assessment. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data is deleted after the recruitment process concludes, and at the latest after 12 months.
Align Check
Your input is transmitted to the Anthropic API (USA) for processing. This transfer is technically necessary to provide the service you requested. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest. No personal data is permanently stored.
Server logs
Technical access data (IP, browser, timestamp) is collected automatically. Used for security only, never shared with third parties.
Cookies & analytics
Google Analytics (GA4) only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
